Neenah, WI Postmaster Brian Smoot has launched an investigation after one of the mail carriers was observed dumping hundreds of pieces of Republican literature into a recycling dumpster.
Mike Rohrkaste is running for Wisconsin’s 55th Assembly District. He was contacted by a Neenah resident last Thursday after seeing a mail carrier dump his literature. After the mail carrier left the scene, the witness went to investigate what had been thrown out. The witness found Rohrkaste’s and other Republican literature. No Democratic literature was found in the dumpster.
Rohrkaste immediately called the United States Postal Service. Within half an hour, a supervisor was on the scene taking photographs of the incident. All the mail that was found has since been delivered.
“I’m glad the postal service here took it seriously, and I’m glad we got the pieces mailed,” Rorhkaste said. “If that wasn’t brought to my attention, I never would have known.”
“What I was upset about is, I don’t want this to happen to anybody,” the candidate added. “This is a First Amendment right. It’s one of our nation’s cherished principles.”

This is a tough one. By virtue of being a public servant, the carrier is being paid using taxpayer dollars.
If the carrier is fired, they will run over to welfare office and start collecting food stamps and unemployment, etc.

If he had done this in Ohio…he would be behind bars. And he should be in wisconsin as well. BTW isnt tampering with the US Mail a federal felony??? Oh wait…it is!

Whoever steals, takes, or abstracts, or by fraud or deception obtains, or attempts so to obtain, from or out of any mail, post office, or station thereof, letter box, mail receptacle, or any mail route or other authorized depository for mail matter, or from a letter or mail carrier, any letter, postal card, package, bag, or mail, or abstracts or removes from any such letter, package, bag, or mail, any article or thing contained therein, or secretes, embezzles, or destroys any such letter, postal card, package, bag, or mail, or any article or thing contained therein; or Whoever steals, takes, or abstracts, or by fraud or deception obtains any letter, postal card, package, bag, or mail, or any article or thing contained therein which has been left for collection upon or adjacent to a collection box or other authorized depository of mail matter; or

Hope it was worth him dumping this as he has destroyed his reputation and life.
If I had any doubt about what party I was going to support ,this last democratic contribution to voter fraud sure hlp to make up my mind.Stealing of GOP political signs, fraudulent mail in votes, voting machines changing Republican votes to Democrats, thousands of illigals voting, stuffing voting boxes with fraudulent votes, needless to say I no longer as a Democrat have any doubt’s who I am voting for! But to be honest, base on the last six years of Democrat failures, in the economy, foreign affairs, ,forced Healthcare, refusal to look into F&F, IRS, VA Hospitals,Bengazi, NSA, thousands of illigals children crossing our boarders, lies, doubletalk, misrepresentation of facts, I guess my mind was already made up to vote Republican!!!! Postal worker was like many liberals, there is little respect for fairness and liberty. Liberals are the MOST intolerant group of all. It’s funny how liberals point the finger at others for being haters, extremists, sexists, yet they are the ones actively doing those very things (hate religion, suppress freedom, wage war on women).
This guy should spend some jail time!!! Good going for the witness!!!
