Of the many consequences of a society becoming more liberal, it’s not just the economic consequences that worry me. Forget what you’ve been told about the religious right – it’s the secular left that’s become the “fun police” in modern times.
NYC wanted to ban soft drinks larger than 16 ounces. Countless universities have banned “offensive” Halloween costumes, and are on the forefront of the safe space, trigger warning, microaggression nonsense. And when it comes to guns – it seems to be only the “big scary” ones they have interest in banning.

Wow…so true it happened at a company that I worked at for 37 years…I finally had to retire because of all the political correctness…it got so you couldn’t even talk about the job you were expected to get done…
