FLASHBACK: Liberals Booed, Taunted President Bush at Obama’s Inauguration

Trump inauguration

This will be an interesting aspect of the inauguration to watch.

In 2009, during the peaceful transition of power between then-President George W. Bush and Barack Obama, liberals in the crowd began booing, jeering, and even taunting the President as he walked out to the crowd.

It was a disgraceful display that even MSNBC hosts covering the event described as “bad form.”

Do you think such a distasteful display will occur when Obama is introduced to the crowd today? And should that happen, what are the odds that Trump supporters are immediately labeled ‘racists’ for doing it?

Via the Daily Caller:

When Donald Trump is sworn in as the country’s 45th president, outgoing President Barack Obama will be in attendance to witness the peaceful transition of power.

The last time power was transferred, the 2009 inauguration of Obama, the tone turned ugly when then outgoing President, George W. Bush, was introduced to the crowd and was met with loud, sustained booing.

Even liberal MSNBC found the booing of Bush to be distasteful. Commentator Chris Matthews implored attendees, “Don’t do it,” as the chorus of boos started. “Bad form here,” he continued.

Fellow MSNBC host Rachel Maddow added, “That is not what I expected.”

It wasn’t just booing either, you can clearly hear the crowd break out into a chorus of the ‘Goodbye’ song, “Na Na Na Na. Na Na Na Na. Hey Hey Hey. Goodbye.”

Very classy move. Check it out …

Here’s another clip of the disgraceful display put on by liberals …
