America’s Now On Track After President Trump Said These Two Words

Trump inauguration

We have a new President of the United States, and his name is Donald J. Trump. He has situated himself as a leader of the people and a champion against the Washington DC establishment.

In listening to Trump’s inaugural speech on Friday I was shocked and amazed that he stayed with the tones that carried him through the presidential primary into the General Election. Trump hit back hard against the D.C. establishment in his inaugural speech while praising the American people and reminding them that he will work for them every day he’s on the job.

Trump loves America and nobody can take that away from him. He is seeing the best in this country and the worst. He is seeing what this country has gone through which includes lost jobs, forgotten Americans, declining education, and increased racial division.

We all know Trump built his wealth through real estate and now he wants to rebuild America and he has two words that will mark his presidency. These two words caught fire during the election and he included them in his inauguration speech.

From New York Post:

“We, the citizens of America, are now joined in a great national effort to rebuild our country and restore its promise for all of our people,” the 45-th president told a crowd of hundreds of thousands massed on the National Mall.

“Together we will determine the course of America, and the world, for many, many years to come,” he said.

“From this day forward, it’s going to be only America first,” he said to loud cheers.

The former reality TV star and real estate mogul repeated the dark vision and the list of the country’s woes that he hammered during the campaign.

He described closed factories as “tombstones” that dot the country and said the federal government has spent billions defending “other nations’ borders while refusing to defend our own.”

The Republican president said the US “will confront hardships but we will get the job done.”

Let me finish this article with one takeaway. Trump is who he says he is. There is no special airs about him. I believe he wants to fix this country and put it back on track to being the top nation in the world. It’s not there now and anyone who says so is hanging on old memories.

Trump can do it, but he needs the help of the American people.
