The news has been covering the four-day RNC convention in Cleveland, Ohio, which ended last night with the official nomination of conservative businessman Donald J. Trump as the Republican nominee for president.
But there’s more big news about the 2016 race – and it has to do with Hillary Clinton!
According to sources, she’s nearly made her choice about who will be her vice presidential running mate for the general election, and it’s not pretty!

Democrat Hillary Clinton was close on Friday to announcing a vice presidential running mate after considering a small group of contenders led by U.S. Senator Tim Kaine of Virginia to help her do battle with Republican rival Donald Trump.
Another senator, Cory Booker of New Jersey, along with Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack are also among the final contenders, with Kaine having an edge, a Democratic source with knowledge of the discussions said.
Clinton is expected to announce her running mate for the Nov. 8 election through a text message or Twitter, possibly as early as Friday when she has two afternoon events scheduled in Florida.
If Hillary alone wasn’t bad enough, she wants to nominate one of two extreme left-wing socialists as her running mate! This is bad news for America.
Tim Kaine is the former failed governor of Virginia, is a “global warming” loon obsessed with raising taxes and, like Hillary, wants to destroy jobs for our coal miners.
Even worse is Senator Cory Booker, the failed mayor of crime-ridden Newark, New Jersey.
We can’t afford to let Hillary Clinton win and further destroy our country and our Constitutional rights. We need Trump, NOW!
