America’s favorite lawman, Judge Andrew Napolitano, explained exactly why Hillary Clinton was ‘incompetent’ as a Secretary of State, spelling it out in layman’s terms as only he can.
“When people are saying she was incompetent as a Secretary of State,” Napolitano explained, “they are absolutely correct and right on the mark.”
The judge analyzed a deposition from one of Clinton’s top aides, Cheryl Mills, and concluded her incompetence has been demonstrated in two ways.
First, Clinton used a non-governmental Blackberry, meaning it was blocked and could not be used from her own office. Her own office! She had to have an entire security team escort her to another floor so she could read communications on her unsecured device.

Second, she actually had her aides read documents to her when the aforementioned floor swapping method wasn’t available.

Appearing on Fox News’s “Fox & Friends” on Thursday, Napolitano explained that the device was “her BlackBerry, not a government-issued BlackBerry.”
“Because it was not government-issued, it was blocked on the seventh floor of the State Department, where her office is. What does that mean? That means that when she was in her office, she did not have the means to communicate electronically to her people all around the world for the entire time she was there,” he said. “How did she do it? Take a security team, go from the seventh floor to the sixth floor where her BlackBerry worked.”
Another way Clinton would communicate would be it have an aide “read the document” to her, Napolitano said. “So when people are saying she was incompetent as a secretary of state, they are absolutely correct and right on the mark because of this alone. She has ambassadors all around the world trying to communicate with her, and she’s cut herself off.”

Napolitano would also add that “100 percent of (Clinton’s) emails were taken away from the government server and run through the private.”
In the past, Napolitano has predicted that President Obama could be called to testify in the case against Hillary, and that “the evidence of her guilt is overwhelming.”
He stated he is “100-percent certain” that the FBI has enough evidence to indict and convict.
Now it’s clear that she was also 100-percent criminally incompetent as Secretary of State.
Do we really need that level of incompetence in a President, especially considering we’ve already endured somebody like that the past eight years?
