Shocking new undercover video from James O’Keefe shows major Democrat operatives discussing how they take advantage of homeless and mentally ill people by paying them to incite violence at Donald Trump rallies.
Scott Foval, national field director of Americans United for Change, is caught on video discussing a devious tactic known as “bird-dogging,” in which people are paid to start “conflict engagement in the lines at Trump rallies.”
“We’re starting anarchy,” Foval explained. “And he (Trump) needs to understand that we’re starting anarchy.”
Foval explains the process in further detail:
“I’m saying we have mentally ill people that we pay to do s***. Make no mistake. Over the last 20 years I’ve paid off a few homeless guys to do some crazy stuff and I’ve also taken them for dinner, and I’ve also made sure they had a hotel and a shower and I put them in a program.”

One of the incidents Foval describes involved Wisconsin governor Scott Walker at the Iowa State Fair, in which ‘protesters’ confront him while supporters allegedly grabbed their signs. That entire scenario, covered by the Des Moines Register, was scripted by Foval and his organization.
“That was all us,” Foval bragged. “The guy that got roughed up is my counterpart.”
“We planted multiple people in that front area around him and in the back to make sure there wasn’t just a action that happened up front, there was also a reaction that happened out back. So the cameras, when they saw it, saw double angles of stuff like, they saw what happened up front, and they saw the reaction of people out back.”
Foval has since been fired – but how many more using the same tactics are out there? As he states in the video, he’s been inciting violence by paying homeless and mentally ill people for decades.

Americans United For Change made the announcement in a statement from the group’s president.
Preying on society’s most vulnerable people is a normal political tactic for the left. A voter fraud case in upstate New York in recent years showed that Democrats were well-versed in taking advantage of immigrants, college kids with no money, and mentally disabled individuals to facilitate their election rigging schemes.
Foval’s admission that he used homeless people and the mentally ill to incite violence at Trump rallies isn’t an isolated incident. At this point, it’s a pattern.
