In the wake of President Obama’s endorsement of Hillary Clinton, the Democrat nominee and Donald Trump got into an epic twitter battle with the Republican ultimately coming out on top. In fact, it was such a good effort that the media had to actually censor Trump’s response in order to protect Hillary. We’ll explain in a minute.
First however, the thing that set this battle into motion was Obama’s endorsement. He explained the difficulties of being commander-in-chief and said he knows “Hillary will be so good at it.”
“I don’t think there’s ever been someone so qualified to hold this office,” he went on.
Trump, as he usually does, took to Twitter to respond to President Obama’s endorsement.
“Obama just endorsed Crooked Hillary,” he wrote. “He wants four more years of Obama—but nobody else does!”

Within minutes, Clinton responded with an effort that was succinct, fairly funny, and almost instantly viral. She wrote, “Delete your account.”

Republican Chairman Reince Priebus came back with a pretty good retort when he responded “If anyone knows how to use a delete key, it’s you.”

But it was Trump himself who delivered an epic knockout blow.
Via The Hill:
After two hours, Donald Trump fired back at Hillary Clinton’s campaign telling him to delete his Twitter account.
“How long did it take your staff of 823 people to think that up — and where are your 33,000 emails that you deleted?” the presumptive Republican presidential nominee said.

How good was Trump’s response? The media felt the need to censor his response, only reading the first half of the tweet on air in a story presented by ABC News.
The Daily Caller reports:
ABC reporter Tom Llamas selectively reported on Donald Trump’s response to Hillary Clinton’s tweet calling on him to “delete” his Twitter account, shielding ABC’s audience from hearing about Clinton’s deleted emails.
…
Despite looking down at his phone to read the tweet, Llamas did not read it in its entirety. The ABC reporter left out the second part: “and where are your 33,000 emails that you deleted?”
