You would think that Hillary Clinton, possibly the first woman president (she’ll be the first to remind you), would be doing particularly well with the female demographic.
And her path to the White House would certainly require some level of support from the Millennial crowd that Bernie Sanders was able to captivate so well.
But if this MSNBC debate crowd is any indicator, Hillary is in some serious trouble – striking out with both demographics.
When reporter Stephanie Ruhle asked a crowd of mostly young women if they can connect with Clinton, they all shouted in unison, “No!”

MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle asked a crowd of collegiate women Tuesday morning if they felt connected to Hillary Clinton, and the millennial voters responded with an enthusiastic “No!”
“I want to actually ask the crowd behind me,” Ruhle said as she broadcast live from Longwood University in Farmville, Va.
“So, Hillary Clinton as a candidate. Do you feel connected to her?” the anchor asked.
The crowd behind her, which comprised both male and female students, responded with a loud, “No!”
There was absolutely no question as to the crowd’s views on Hillary’s likeability. There wasn’t even that one lone, emasculated, pajama boy voice of dissent from the back of the crowd squeaking out a ‘yes’ to counter out the masses.
It was a unified disdain for a rich, older woman that young people simply can’t relate to.
It should come as no surprise for Hillary, who views half of eligible voters as ‘deplorable’ and the other half as ‘basement dwellers.’
