Two leading House Republicans just put out an incredible letter and video which strongly outlines a case to indict Hillary Clinton on perjury charges.
In early July, the House Oversight Committee officially submitted a request to the Department of Justice, after the results of an FBI investigation appeared to show Clinton had made several false statements under oath.
“The evidence collected by the FBI during its investigation of Secretary Clinton’s use of a personal email system appears to directly contradict several aspects of her sworn testimony,” Committee chairmen Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) and Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) wrote.
As the DOJ has repeatedly had trouble finding enough evidence to indict Clinton in the past, Chaffetz and Goodlatte have now provided detailed instructions on why they should file perjury charges.

A pair of leading House Republicans on Monday laid out detailed instructions for the Justice Department to file perjury charges against Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.
More than a month after first requesting the department open a criminal probe into Clinton for alleged misstatements she made under oath, the GOP heads of the House Judiciary and Oversight committees told a federal prosecutor specifically where they believed Clinton had lied to Congress about her email setup at the Department of State.
In at least four separate occasions during a marathon appearance before the House Select Committee on Benghazi, the lawmakers alleged, the former secretary’s claims were at odds with what the FBI has now discovered to be the truth about her private server.

Monday’s letter is a sign that Republicans are committed to pressuring the Justice Department to act against Clinton, even after it notably declined to prosecute her for mishandling classified information.
The GOP chairmen also appear to be making a public case for an indictment, perhaps building off widespread unease with the decision not to prosecute the former first lady.
The Republicans note that there may be other instances in which Clinton lied under oath, but “her testimony in those four areas bears specific scrutiny in light of the facts and evidence.”
They broke down the case even further for the DOJ, producing a short video that outlines specific falsehoods told by Clinton during her sworn testimony.

The video is reminiscent of Trey Gowdy thoroughly eviscerating Hillary’s testimony (as well as James Comey’s unwillingness to indict) in which he ticked off a list of statements that were demonstrably false.
