Here’s The Law FBI Director ADMITS Hillary Broke!

hillary clinton email

The Hillary Clinton email scandal came to a head this week. Is there any wonder Donald Trump and the majority of Americans believe the system is rigged when it comes to the Clintons?

FBI Director James Comey fully admitted that Hillary Clinton committed a crime, is unable to use carelessness as an excuse, and should be punished by a fine or imprisonment up to 10 years, but still allowed her to skate.

Comey confessed that crooked Hillary’s multiple servers contained “110 e-mails in 52 email chains … determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received.”

The FBI also determined that “it is possible that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clinton’s personal email account.”

She handled classified information, knowingly, on multiple servers that were likely hacked by foreign agents.

But Comey offered Clinton a defense of her actions – She was simply “extremely careless,” with the director using a variant on the word “intentional” at least six times during his statement.

Intent however, doesn’t matter according to the law (18 U.S.C Section 793-F) which we’ve cited below:

(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

“Gross negligence” is still a criminal offense according to laws referring to the gathering, transmitting or loss of classified information.

Here’s more:

Not to mention the level of pure naïveté one has to possess to believe all of the actions taken by then-Secretary Clinton had no intent.

Clinton clearly broke the law and got away with it.

Thanks Mr. Comey, you’ve just made ignorance a valid excuse to circumvent any crime.

For those still wondering whether or not the system is rigged, here are Comey’s comments which parrot the President’s own well before the FBI had even interviewed Clinton:

Comey: “… there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.

Obama: “… there’s a carelessness, in terms of managing emails, that she … recognizes.”

Comey: “… we believe our investigation has been sufficient to give us reasonable confidence there was no intentional misconduct.”

Obama: “… She would never intentionally put America in any kind of jeopardy.”

Trump’s response to yesterday’s announcement is seemingly accurate – The system is rigged.
