Longtime Hillary Friend Has Shocking News About Her Future in Politics

Hillary 2020

Much has been speculated upon when it comes to Hillary Clinton’s political future.

It’s a harrowing thought, but some pundits have speculated that the 2020 Democrat primary could be a rematch between the corrupt woman vying to shatter the glass ceiling, and the socialist curmudgeon from Vermont, Bernie Sanders.

Recently, oddsmakers have reported that Clinton sits at 20 to 1 odds to be the Democrat nominee during the next presidential election cycle.

The question remains, however – Should Hillary stay or should she go? Who better to ask than longtime friend, Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, whose answer just might surprise you.

Via The Blaze:

For those who are opposed to Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, this is certainly good news. For those who support the former secretary of state — not so much.

According to Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D), a longtime friend of Hillary and Bill Clinton, the political pair is done with politics following Clinton’s shocking loss to Republican Donald Trump last month.

“I think so, sure. I don’t think Hillary has any interest in running again,” McAuliffe said during an interview on WTOP-AM’s “Ask the Governor” program, according to the Washington Post.

McCauliffe’s expanded response to Hillary’s political future follows:

I don’t think Hillary has any interest in running again. I’ll let her speak for herself. I haven’t asked her that. I think [Bill’s] probably going to go back, working on all the good deeds he’s done before in helping people around the globe. You know, there are elections. We’ve got to move forward. As governor of Virginia, I’ve got to move forward.

The governor reflected on how difficult the election loss has been on the Clintons – music to many Americans ears.

“This is hard on anybody,” he said. “I mean, can you imagine having to go through this? I’ve had many conversations with the Clinton family. We’re friends. It’s hard, very tough. I think on Election Day everybody felt pretty good. I think the Trump campaign thought they were gonna lose.”

“This is what happens in elections,” he finished.

Now that Michelle Obama and Hillary are both considered to be out of the race in 2020, who will the Democrats nominate? Elizabeth Warren? Tim Kaine?

If those are your choices, Trump will almost certainly be capable of winning a second term.
