It was a raucous crowd for Day 1 of the Democratic National Convention. Speeches were interrupted several times with anti-Hillary boos, chants, and protests.
We knew Bernie Sanders’ supporters were already going to be defiant, but the content of the Wikileaks emails confirming the DNC was in the tank for Hillary really took things to a whole new level.
The displeasure of the Bernie crowd was evident on the convention floor where they defaced Hillary signs to protest her.

But anger melted away into tears when Bernie Sanders took the stage. The entire arena went crazy, giving him a 3-minute-long standing ovation. His mere presence turned his socialist Millennial supporters into a great big sobbing mess.
