Lt. Col. SHREDS Apple CEO For Fighting FBI In San Bernardino Terrorist Investigation (WATCH)

Fox News analyst Retired Army Lt. Col. Ralph Peters shredded Apple CEO Tim Cook for not cooperating with the FBI in their investigation of the San Bernardino Islamic terrorists.

The government has been unable to hack into one of the terrorists iPhones since their investigation began, and have attained a court order demanding that Apple aid them in doing so.

Cook has thus far refused, saying the order amounts to “an overreach by the U.S. government” and claimed what they are asking Apple to do would “expose its customers to a greater risk of attack.”

Peters called out Cook saying he’s “a phony.”

“This is not about privacy rights of law-abiding Americans,” Peters said. “This is about Apple selling a lot of iPhones to really, really bad people around the world.”

He added, “Tim Cook would rather sell phones to terrorists than protect the American people.”

“There’s nothing in our Constitution or Bill or Rights that says that terrorists or crooks or pedophiles have a right to encrypted communication.”

Peters then couldn’t resist taking a shot at Hillary Clinton.

“Tim Cook is acting like Hillary Clinton – above the law, better than the rest of us,” he said.
