The Conservative Movement’s Biggest Icon Just Died – PLEASE PRAY!

One of the conservative movement’s most famous – and maybe most influential – icons died late last night.

Phyllis Schlafly was larger than life and played a massive role in the post-WWII conservative movement. She rose to prominence after defeating the disastrous feminist “Equal Rights Amendment” to the Constitution, and led the charge for pro-Family, pro-Life, and traditional values for the last 50 years.

Schlafly was 92, and she died in her home in Missouri. This is terrible!

Phyllis Schlafly, whose grass-roots campaigns against Communism, abortion and the Equal Rights Amendment galvanized conservatives for almost two generations and helped reshape American politics, died on Monday. She was 92.

Her death was confirmed by the Eagle Forum, the conservative organization she founded in 1975.

In her time, Mrs. Schlafly was one of the most polarizing figures in American public life, a self-described housewife who displayed a moral ferocity reminiscent of the ax-wielding prohibitionist Carry Nation. Richard Viguerie, who masterminded the use of direct mail to finance right-wing causes, called her “the first lady of the conservative movement.”

Liberals despised Schlafly due to her outspoken, fearless defense of pro-American, Christian values. But she never gave up.

Even recently, she took on the “Never Trump” movement. After endorsing Donald Trump for president, strange things began to happen. Via WND:

Conservative icon Phyllis Schlafly confirmed to WND that six board members of her group Eagle Forum have called a special meeting Monday that she believes is an attempt to remove her as CEO and board chairman because of her support for Donald Trump’s campaign for the White House.

“This may be my Dobson moment,” Schlafly told WND, referring to allegations that James Dobson was pushed out of the organization he founded, Focus on the Family.

Her final book, a call to action for Republicans and conservatives to support Donald Trump for president, comes out today.

Here’s Phyllis endorsing Trump in St. Louis:

Please pray for Phyllis and her family as we honor her courageous, fearless legacy!
