5 Of The Most Shocking Things Said In Yesterday’s Clinton Testimony

Yesterday saw numerous shocking revelations during a congressional hearing with FBI director James Comey regarding Hillary Clinton’s email scandal.

In addition to debunking multiple false statements given by Clinton, Comey delivered several bombshells in his testimony before Congress.

Let’s get right to the heart of the statements guaranteed to make headlines today.

Comey Confirms Clinton’s Email Lies, One By One

Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) ticked off a list of statements made by Hillary Clinton that were provably false, destroying the narrative that ‘no prosecutor could prove intent’ when it came to the former Secretary of State’s handling of classified information on a private server.

Clinton Knew She Did Not Have Authority To Have Email Server In Basement

One year ago, Clinton told CNN in an interview that “everything I did was permitted.”

“There was no law,” she added. “There was no regulation. There was nothing that did not give me the full authority to decide how I was going to communicate.”

Turns out she didn’t have that authority from anyone – period.

Clinton Gave Non-Cleared Individuals Access To Classified Information

Chaffetz: “Did Hillary Clinton give non-cleared people access to classified information?”

Comey: “Yes.”

“No Doubt” Non-cleared People Had Access To Clinton’s Classified Emails

If the last statement was unclear, Comey revealed there was “no doubt” Clinton allowed people without clearance to access classified information.

“There’s no doubt that uncleared people had access to the server, because even after Pagliano (Hillary’s IT guy), there were others who maintained the server who were private sector folks.”

He estimated that the number of people without clearance who had access to the server was “probably more than two, less than ten.”

Director Refuses To Rule Out Ongoing Corruption Probe Of Clinton Foundation

Perhaps the most devastating revelation of all – Comey would not comment on whether the FBI had an ongoing corruption probe of the Clinton Foundation.

Via Law Newz:

Earlier this year, reports surfaced that federal investigators had expanded the probe to include possible “pay for play” allegations between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation. Director Comey was asked about this in the latter part of his testimony, but he declined to answer the question.

“I’m not going to comment on the existence or non-existence of any other investigations,” Director Comey said.

Guess that means we’ll all just have to stay tuned.
