Ben Carson Delivers Flawless Response to Race Relations Question — WATCH!

During Thursday’s Fox News presidential debate, retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson was asked what he would do to heal the nation of the wounds from President Obama’s race-obsessed administration.

The doctor’s response was flawless, as he explained that under the current administration and the current state of American media, there are certain “purveyors of hatred” who “take every single incident between people of two races and try to make a race war out of it.”

Carson went on to explain why he doesn’t talk race relations as often as the current President, who takes every opportunity to divide the nation along those lines.

“I was asked by an NPR reporter once, why don’t I talk about race that often,” he explained. “I said it’s because I’m a neurosurgeon. And she thought that was a strange response. And I said, you see, when I take someone to the operating room, I’m actually operating on the thing that makes them who they are. The skin doesn’t make them who they are. The hair doesn’t make them who they are. And it’s time for us to move beyond that.”

Carson went on to explain that our strength as a nation comes from Americans being united as Americans, not divided by color.

“We are the United States of America, not the divided states…”

Watch Carson field the race relations questions below …

Consider that in 2012, before Michael Brown in Ferguson, before Eric Garner in Staten Island, and before Freddie Gray in Baltimore, polling indicated that America was facing a “deepening level of racial division and polarization.” No matter how the data was analyzed, respondents held a firm belief that race relations in the country had grown worse after the election of the first black President.

Since that time, things have only become exponentially worse under Obama.

It seems Carson has an understanding of race relations in our country that the current President will never get. Perhaps that’s by design, as Obama continues to tear the country apart.

Will our nation’s current race relations problem resolve itself once the divider-in-chief has been replace in the White House?
