Clinton Ally Sen. Barbara Boxer Describes How She Felt After Hillary Lost

Not that we condone relishing in somebody else’s pain, but the way Clinton ally, Senator Barbara Boxer, described Hillary’s loss in the 2016 presidential election is tremendously satisfying.

During an exit interview with NPR, Boxer spoke of her three decades of service in Congress and how her party can move forward during a “difficult time for Democrats.”

The conversation veered towards the election, the results of which the establishment Democrat described as “hurtful” and “painful.”

Things got even juicier when she conveyed an actual physical reaction she had to Hillary’s loss.

“Oh, it was painful, hurtful,” Boxer explained. “I even got, like, a physical reaction to it. I could barely pick myself up off the floor. You know, really, really bad.”

Take a listen …

Oh, how sweet it sounds.

Via Breitbart:

During an interview aired on NPR’s “All Things Considered” on Wednesday, Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) stated that she could “barely” pick herself up off the floor as a result of Democratic presidential nominee former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s defeat, which she further characterized as “painful” and “hurtful.”

After saying that she could “hardly say” that Donald Trump will be the president, and saying the Electoral College was an “unfair” system, Boxer was asked how she felt seeing Clinton lose to which she responded, “Oh, it was painful, hurtful. I even had, like, a physical reaction to it. I could barely pick myself up off the floor.”

I’m not sure about you, but that sounds like yet another example of what Donald Trump refers to as “winning.”

If these liberal tears weren’t delicious enough, check out this extensive pictorial of Democrats crying after the election had been decided in Trump’s favor. Or Obama’s top adviser saying that Trump’s win was “soul-crushing.”

Further evidence that the left intends to not recognize Trump as president followed when Boxer sneered, “He’ll be president … I can hardly say it, but that’s OK.”

Boxer certainly always has the option of returning to the fetal position and whining about Hillary’s loss for the next four years. The rest of us will simply watch Trump do as he promised – Make America Great Again.
