Two Days After Singing At #SB50, Lady Gaga Makes AMAZING Confession!

Lady Gaga is a strange and bizarre performer. She’s hardly my favorite.

But her performance at Super Bowl 50 showed me a side of her I’ve never seen: Her love of America!

Lady Gaga’s patriotic performance of The Star Spangled Banner was beautiful. A classically trained musician, she performed it perfectly.

But just after performing at the Super Bowl, Lady Gaga admitted THIS! Wow:

Gaga spoke about her mindset going into the National Anthem. “I just thought about the lyrics and what they really mean,” Gaga told Extra. They’ve been around a long time, so I thought about what they mean now, I just sang from my heart.”

She reflected on the powerful lyrics of the Star Spangled Banner, which are more meaningful today than ever!

“No matter what you go through, the same as our country, that metaphor of ‘but the flag was still there’ is so powerful for me every time,” said Gaga. “I’m really singing it from the heart and I’m also singing it very true to the way it was written because that’s when I think it sounds its most majestic. There’s no greater honor than standing next to the Color Guard, the Flag, the Army and the Military and singing the National Anthem.”

Incredible! The troops deserve our respect, and it’s clear that Lady Gaga wanted to make sure she honored their sacrifices.

Here is her entire performance (below). This took my breath away:
